Eventually, it was time to pack everything up and fly back to Davis Station. It took several airplane flights to carry all of ours and AMISOR's equipment, and the planes could only see the ground well enough to land when it wasn't cloudy. The pilots and their ground crew worked hard to get all of us and our equipment back safely.
